Municipal Parking Lots

Municipal Parking Lots

Municipal lots have a two-hour limit during 7AM to 5PM.  Illeaglly parked vehicles beyond the two-hour limit will be subject to a fine and/or towed.

Municipal Parking Lots: Resident Sticker Program

From 1AM to 5AM, all vehicles must have and properly display a valid resident permit or a valid vistor pass.  Illegally parked vehicles may be issued a fine and/or may be subject to tow.

Municipal Parking Lots: Parking Snow Ban In Effect

When a snow ban is effective, municipal parking lots can be used by residents and visitors of Winthrop.  Vehicles must be removed from those lots before 7AM after that snow event so Public Works may clean the lot, sand and/or remove snow.  Illegally parked vehicles will be subject to a fine and/or towed.
