In advance of yet another snow storm, and in an effort to better educate the public about where they can and can't park during a snow emergency, I have put together a custom map via Google maps that shows all of the streets and lots where parking is allowed during a parking ban. I have added a link to it to the Winter Parking information page on the parking website, (http://www.town.winthrop.ma.us/pages/WinthropMA_Parking/winter)
