Winthrop Drum Circle
This adult drum circle will meet the 2nd Monday night of every month from 6:30-8:30 pm. It will be held at the E.B. Newton Cultural Center in the Lyceum Room.
Beginners, intermediates and advanced drummers are welcome and encouraged to join in. We will share and explore rhythms from around the world. Most importantly this is a laid back drum circle where we can come together as one to create beautiful rhythms with our drums and/or handheld percussion instruments.
There will most likely be a few extra drums to try out. Please bring shakers, claves, and other small percussion instruments if you have them. This is a facilitated drum circle by Cathy Stacy.
$5 per person.
You could also add in that if they have any questions to contact me at email@example.com.
There will be a bone marrow drive at the Winthrop Elks on Saturday, January 25th from 10:00am-2:00pm.
