The Winthrop Cultural Council is pleased to announce that they are managing The Clock Tower Gallery at the E. B. Newton School & Culutal Center.
Mission:
The mission of the Massachusetts Cultural Council (MCC) is to promote excellence, access, education, and diversity in the arts, humanities , and interpretive sciences, to improve the quality of life for all Massachusetts residents, and to contribute to the economic vitality of our communities.
Along with the mission of the MCC, the mission of the Winthrop Cultural Council
is to promote Arts and Culture and to embrace the creative economy with the goal
of making Winthrop a Cultural Destination.
