All Wetland Applications (Notice of Intent, Abbreviated Notice of Intent, Request for Determination of Applicability) may be picked up in the Town Manager's Office, 2nd floor Room 16 Winthrop Town Hall or download from the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection website.
