Dear Town of Winthrop Residents,
It is with a great deal of pride and humility that I thank everyone involved in this override election.
It is my belief that everyone wins with this outcome.
This will pave the way for a smooth transition for our soon to be named town manager.
Again, I thank all of those involved. I express my gratitude to them and my sincere wish that as a Town we can come together for the good of all our citizens.
