Winthrop’s Chief of Police, Terrance Delehanty, was acknowledged by Bruce Chadbourne, Director of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement for his assistance in capturing one of this Agency’s Criminal Fugitives.  “Detective Robert Jaworski and the department performed an invaluable service toward the mission of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the National Fugitive Operations Program.”  The capturing of Robert James Lockyer “exemplifies the spirit of cooperation and team work between Federal and Local Law Enforcement.”  Great job Chief Delehanty!
