If you would like a list of level 2 offenders you must fill out the form (click here Request For Sex Offender Information Form )listed on the websites form page and return it to the police station.
Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 6, §§ 178C-178P, an individual who appears as a Level 2 Sex Offender as determined by the Sex Offender Registry Board is at a moderate risk to reoffend and that the degree of dangerousness posed to the public is such that a public safety interest is served by public availability of registration information. This information is available only upon proper request by persons seeking such information as authorized by law.
