Owners are responsible for all taxes and water/sewer charges that are owed. Failure to receive a bill does not constitute a valid reason for non-payment. An owner not receiving a bill is liable for all taxes, demand fees, and interest charges accrued.
Bills can be paid on-line until the due date at: http://www.mcc.net/. The fee is $.25 or less than 3% on average for credit card payments.

As of, Friday, July 17, 2009, VISA is NOW available for residents making real estate tax, personal property tax and excise tax payments using MCC eBill.
